Having your wedding bouquet pressed is a beautiful way to preserve it for a lifetime of enjoyment. I can preserve your wedding bouquet, both flowers and foliage, using the traditional method of flower pressing and/or by drying them, and present it in one of a wide variety of arrangements.
To view some of my previous work, see the gallery below. Included are examples of simple circles representing everlasting love, abstract mosaic style arrangements, meadow tryptychs and shadow frames made from pressed flowers, as well as box frames which combine pressed and dried flowers for a 3D piece.
Some flowers are better suited to one method of preservation over another, and this, along with all your ideas and preferences I am more than happy to take the time to discuss with you on enquiry, and through the preservation and arrangement process.
There is a flat £45 pressing fee on all bouquets, payable up front when you book in your date with me, then the cost varies depending on the size and framing style of the finished piece(s). To give you an idea, a 30cm square framed circle is around £100, an A2 box frame starts from £600. All complex framing is handled by Love to Frame in Altrincham, a very reliable, skilled team who I have been working with for a couple of years now.
Flowers can be delivered in person or by post, ideally the day after your big day - the fresher the flowers, the better results you can expect - to me at my home studio in Cheshire. If you are posting them, I recommend your florist handles this, or there are some guidelines I can send you to follow to ensure they don't suffer on the journey.
